I like shopping on Squishmallows, especially when they have the limited edition ones. The site is easy to use and my order showed up just fine. There’s just something about it that makes it fun to check for new drops. I’m giving 4 stars because some of the special ones sell out super fast, so you really have to be looking at the right time. Still happy with what I got though

"Easy cancellation"
I accidentally placed an order and was relieved by how easy it was to cancel. The confirmation email came through right away and there weren’t any annoying steps or hassle, which I really appreciated

"Easy to Track and Arrived on Time"
I mostly just kept an eye on the tracking because I was excited for my Squishmallow, and the updates were easy to see the whole time. It showed up right when it said it would, and the package looked fine when it got here. no complaints, I’m happy with it...

"Showed up way faster than I expected"
I ordered from squishmallows.com and I’ll be honest, I was a little nervous at first because I’ve been burned before by sites that look legit and then take forever or don’t update tracking. But this was totally fine. I figured it would take at least a week, maybe longer, and it showed up in just a few days. The tracking actually updated like it should, and the box arrived in good shape too. My kid was so excited it got here before the weekend, so I’m happy with the whole experience...

Not gonna lie, I was expecting the return to be a hassle since I ordered the wrong size Squishmallow, but it was actually really simple. I got email updates along the way, and the refund came through faster than I thought it would. No drama at all, which I really appreciated.

"Easy Squishmallow Order"
I ordered a couple of Squishmallows and had a really smooth experience. The checkout was quick and the site didn’t freeze or make me start over, which I’ve definitely run into on other sites before. My payment went through right away, and I liked being able to clearly see the shipping options before I placed the order. There weren’t any surprise fees at the end either, which was nice. I got my confirmation email almost immediately, so overall it was simple and stress-free. I’d order from here again.

"I’m Dramatically Attached to This Squishmallow"
Okay, this Squishmallow is SO soft it’s a little ridiculous. I picked it up just to check it out and suddenly I was like, welp, this is my emotional support plush now. It’s super cuddly and feels amazing. Shipping was fine, not the most perfect thing ever, but the plush itself totally made up for it. I’m obsessed.

I like the squishmallows I got, they’re super soft and look really cute in person. Ordering from the site was easy too, no real issues there. My only gripe is that shipping took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, which just gave me that gut feeling like I wasn’t totally sure what was going on. Everything did show up fine in the end, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. Just kind of average overall.

"Easy customer service experience"
Had a small problem with my order, so emailed them not really expecting much. Got a reply quickly, and they fixed it without turning it into a whole hassle. Really appreciated how simple it was. Would definitely order from squishmallows again.

"Too cute"
I got a couple Squishmallows because they looked adorable online, and they’re even cuter in person. The faces, the colors, all of it. They each have their own little vibe, so picking just one was not happening lol. They look super cute on my bed and make me smile.

"Got the Wrong Color"
I don’t know why, but I ordered the blue one and ended up getting pink instead. It’s still cute, so I’m not totally mad about it, but it’s definitely not what I paid for and that’s kind of annoying

"Cute site, but I’m noticing a pattern"
I’m a Squishmallows fan and the site is easy to use, so no real complaints there. But after checking in a few times, I keep noticing the same handful of characters popping up over and over. The really cute ones seem to disappear fast too, which makes it feel like you have to catch the drop at exactly the right moment. I’d love to see a better mix of older favorites and newer designs so it feels a little less repetitive.

I thought the plushies were really cute and the prices seemed fair overall. The only thing that threw me off was the shipping cost?? It felt a bit high compared to what I was expecting, but the items themselves were adorable.

"Wrong Squishmallow at first, but they fixed it fast"
So my order showed up with the wrong Squishmallow in the box, which definitely had me raising an eyebrow like, okay, what’s really going on in this warehouse? But I emailed support and, they got back to me way faster than I expected. No weird runaround, no making me jump through hoops, they just sent the right one and handled it like pros. My kid was thrilled when the correct one arrived, so whatever secret Squishmallow mix-up operation happened behind the scenes, they made it right. 5 stars from me.

"Wish I’d Checked Here Sooner"
I found the Squishmallow I’d been looking for way faster than I expected. The site loaded quickly, checkout was easy, and there weren’t any annoying popups or confusing steps. i kind of regret not checking here first because it would’ve saved me some time. Happy with the whole experience.
